Legal
- Conduct legal research.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, letters etc.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly Board meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory documents for filing with relevant authorities.
- Work with internal & external stakeholders on collecting data for day-to-day tasks of legal, compliance and corporate secretarial functions.
- Assist in debt recovery initiatives and compliance projects.
- Perform administrative tasks.

Corporate Affairs
- Support the management of consumer queries / complaints, ensuring accurate and timely logging of feedback.
- Maintain a comprehensive record of consumer interactions, tracking trends and identifying areas of improvement in our products / services.
- Collaborate and align with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve consumer issues, providing timely solutions.
- Prepare response / communications to consumer queries / complaints and respond promptly via various communication channels (e-mail, phone, social media).
- Generate reports on our platforms (social media, website, etc) and across our competitors to track potential trends and provide insights and recommendations for enhancements / improvements.
- Alert potential reputational risks.
- Contribute to the development of documentation, tracking tools, decision trees and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relation, Communication or any other similar qualification.
Information Technology
- To learn and expose to the working field of IT in corporate settings.
- Assist in handling daily checklist.
- Attend to ITR ticket and complete within SLA.
- Deploy and participate infrastructure project.
- Assist in IT operations and Asset Management.
- Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or any other similar qualification.
Brand Marketing
- Implement marketing initiatives to achieve objectives of the brand.
- Support in marketing and brand planning process.
- Ensure marketing activities is in accordance with the agreed brand positioning strategy.
- Drive effective communication with all stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Group Communications) and partners (agencies).
- Responsible for managing marketing budget for the brand, track Profit & Loss (P&L) to ensure that spending is within the allocated budget.
- Produce various marketing reports daily, weekly and monthly.
- Maintain a good record on marketing reports and expenses.
- Analyse reports and provide insights to line manager and the team from time to time.
- Assume responsibility and ad-hoc tasks as directed by line manager and/ or Management.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other similar qualification.
Ecommerce (Sales)
- Manage various ecommerce platforms such as Shopee, Pandamart, Potboy.
- Plan and execute Ecommerce strategy and activities, such as monthly promotion, store visual update, product & stock management, and advertising (Shopee, Pandamart, Potboy).
- Conducts data analysis to generate data-driven market insights and manages relationships with business partners.
- Manage agency that handles our Shopee Official Store via day to day sales update and analysis.
- Liaise with Marketing Team to optimise customer experience, ad creativity, and ensure brand consistency.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other similar qualification.
Account Receivable
- Assist on daily routine contract management process and bad debts recovery management process by liaising with the sales team.
- Assist on the status update/approval on the Outlet master data.
- Assist to resolve dispute highlight by Sale team.
- Allocate the supporting documents for legal action if any.
- Assist in distributor's collection & claims activities.
- Involved in AR projects – Contract improvement project and etc.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or any other similar qualification.
Account Payable & Payment
- To support invoice processing on a daily basis and other operational activities related to Accounts Payable.
- To support Payment team on preparation of cheques bank-in and clearing of bank G/L including bank journal posting if any.
- To assist in monthly bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or any other similar qualification.
Account Payable & Tax
- To support on daily preparation of listing/worksheet for cheque bank-in.
- To support in monthly operational transaction.
- To assist in company bank's account clearing & reconciliation, daily bank statement and incoming payment.
- To assists in the preparation and submission of withholding tax return.
- To extract general ledger and perform analysis for provisional tax computation/ final tax computation purposes.
- To assists in the preparation and submission of monthly services tax return.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or any other similar qualification.
Business Controlling (Supply Chain)
- To assist on CAPEX management to ensure all relevant supporting document is complete.
- To assist on fixed assets management to ensure all company assets to registered and well maintain in the record.
- To support on monthly financial analysis and financial report relation to COGS (Cost Of Goods Sold), FOH (Factory Overhead) & Logistics cost.
- To assist on annual budgeting cycle, audit and asset impairment exercise.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or any other similar qualification.
Management Accounting
- Assist in compilation & review work on CFFR (Control Framework for Financial Reporting)
- Involve in month end closing & reporting : i) month end closing reporting; ii) quarterly reporting (Bursa)
- Perform monthly accounting reconciliation
- Perform reconciliation on accounting/SAP record vs physical count/feedback from stakeholders/other systems
- Involve in other adhoc projects as assigned
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or any other similar qualification.
Human Resources
- Plan and execute end-to-end in-house learning and development programme implementation per learning calendar including HRDCorp processes administration.
- Manage end-to-end external training request from various functions including payment processing.
- Support execution of engagement initiatives driven by HR.
- Plan and execute new employee orientation for new hires to establish great employee experience from the start of employee life cycle.
- Administer and maintain records of LinkedIn Learning, master learning records, HRDCorp allocation and utilisation tracker and all OD related reporting and trackers.
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Psychology or any other similar qualification.
Maintenance
- Understand packaging basic operation/ function.
- Involved in implementation of Projects.
- To assist in overhaul process and optimization project in heat energy, water and electricity usage.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or any other similar qualification.
Utilities
- Understand utility plant operation/function.
- Involved in energy optimization projects such as natural gas & biogas usage optimization, electricity consumption optimization and water losses optimization in water treatment plant.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or any other similar qualification.
Packaging Operation
- Manage performance measurement & actionable system to determine the level of achievement before, during & after the implementation of projects
- Improve packaging efficiency through ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS for mechanical failure as they occur for all 3 packaging lines
- Design and Generate Standard Operating Procedure for specific machines to enhance the maintenance of the machines to introduce good manufacturing practice
- Data analysis
- Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Warehouse & Distribution
- To assist in customs documentation for products export and import.
- Understand the end-to-end process of logistics.
- Support in daily operations for ordering.
- Degree in Business Management, Economic, Logistics, Supply Chain or any other similar qualification.
Supply Planning
- To understand the end-to-end process of demand & supply planning.
- To support in daily operations related to supply needs.
- To assist and focus on the finished goods inventory management.
- Degree/Diploma Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Mathematics, Logistics or any other similar qualification.
Health, Safety, Security & Environment
- Expose to manufacturing HSSE.
- Support in HSSE SOP implementation and daily reporting operations.
- To support in conducting Safety Improvement Programs, projects and safety activities.
- Involved in audits reports.
- Degree/Diploma Safety & Health, OSHA or any other similar qualification.
Quality Assurance
- Understand the end-to-end QA process and SOP for manufacturing industry.
- To assist in complaint management, hygiene management programme, audit compliance, ISO documentation and Supplier Quality Management.
- Support in daily operations and reporting.
- Degree in Quality Assurance, Food Technology or any other similar qualification.
Carlsberg Excellence
- Assist in performance measurement & actionable system to determine the level of achievement before, during & after the implementation of 5S & VISUAL BREWERY.
- Improve packaging efficiency through ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS for mechanical failure as they occur for all 4 packaging lines.
- GEMBA KAIZEN & PMS criteria requirement audit conducted throughout the Brewery.
- Data Analysis (in Graphs, Charts and Tables format) for Root Cause Analysis exercises.
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or any other similar qualification.
Procurement
- Liaise with marketing & vendors for RFQ (small items & POSM repacking).
- Support in documentations & alignment for approvals - Tender/tender waiver.
- Support sharepoint file management.
- Vendor creation /changes.
- Liaise with finance for invoicing matters.
- Degree in Business Management, Economic, Logistics, Supply Chain or any other similar qualification.
