  • Responsible for the upkeep of all outlet agreements, in monitoring the completeness, to keep tracking and updating on changes in the outlet database
  • Attending to documentation and processes pertaining to outlet claims, vendors’ invoices and staff claims
  • To check and verify on accuracy and authenticity of documents, before processing subsequent receivable and payable transactions
  • To monitor and perform receivable and payable transactions within credit terms, ensuring information captured is compliant to the general SOPP and legislative requirements
  • To perform monthly reconciliation of vendors and outlets’ agreements by verifying entries and statements
  • To perform month end closing activities and generate reports and assist in updating necessary info into the master database
  • Responsible for the proper upkeep of accounting documents, coordinating and update records.
  • To identify process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the operations
  • To perform any other assignments or tasks as directed from time to time


  • Minimum STPM/LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office Excel and good understanding in accounting software
  • Able to converse in Mandarin, and other Chinese dialects would be an added advantage
  • Organised, meticulous and strong in arithmetic
