  • Lead, build and implement overall digital marketing strategy with the aim to optimize and secure long term value of the brands
  • Plan and manage digital media buying strategy
  • Contribute to the fulfillment of the overall company strategy through planning and managing of all aspects of digital marketing including social media, Search Engine Optimization / Search Engine Marketing, display advertising, marketing database and email
  • Identify new digital opportunities that can influence brand growth


  • Build, lead and implement the digital marketing strategy and platforms across all brands
  • Develop, implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks
  • Enhance brand awareness within the digital and social networking space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers
  • Identify and evaluate new digital technologies to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and search advertising
  • Analyse and track market reactions and results of digital marketing activities, implement corrective action if targets are not met (including optimal use of marketing budget)
  • Ensure digital marketing activities is in accordance with the agreed brand positioning strategy
  • Continuously evaluate and develop the position of the brands
  • Responsible for managing digital marketing budget for the brand
  • Drive effective communication with all stakeholders (Sales, SC, Group Comm) and partners (agencies)


  • Experience within digital brand/marketing management (min 5 years) in an operating company environment in FMCG industry (experience in local beer industry is an advantage)
  • Extensive experience of working with advertising, media agencies
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to converse and write in Chinese is an added advantage
  • Savvy in digital marketing and numbers & figures
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Innovative and constantly thinks outside the box
  • Juggles deadlines, advertising & promotion agencies and media with ease
  • High EQ and able to influence different levels of stakeholders
  • High work capacity and team-orientation
  • Action-oriented, persistent and change driver
  • Positive attitude towards beer
