  • HR advisory to Sales & Marketing departments to meet business and operational needs.
  • To balance both strategic planning with operational execution.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from posting vacancy, screening, shortlist, interview to making offer.
  • Effectively execute both performance and rewards management processes.
  • Handle employee issues like counselling, grievance handling, investigation and enquiry with the assistance from IR Manager.
  • Coordinate training plan and needs required by the business.
  • Provide project & change management to business-specific projects.


  • Minimum 7 years working experience, preferably experience with multiple HR functions and/or generalist role.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Ability to manage operational processes and be a strategic HR partner to the business at the same time.
  • Business advisory-centric with demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels in the organization.
  • Good command of English. Ability to converse in Chinese dialects in an added advantage.
