The Job:

  • Manage all aspects of quantitative and qualitative consumer research
  • Manage research budgets
  • Recommend research design/plan suited to business needs
  • Convert findings into actionable insights and options for decision making
  • Identify category opportunity gaps and collaborate with Brand teams on new product development
  • Active involvement in building consumer insights competencies/capabilities


The person:

  • At least 6 years relevant experience, preferably in a fast moving consumer goods environment
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to think strategically and demonstrate business & marketing acumen
  • Solid data visualisation and presentation skills
  • Able to provide recommendations based on insights
