Assists, manage and coordinate visa application and immigration management for engineers.
- The role does not have any budgetary accountability
Global Mobility Coordinator
- To support in Visa application, coordination with external parties, work with the consultant in terms of immigration documentations.
- Assists, support and engage with consultant in fulfiling employer's obligation tax in accordance with tax ruling for the engineers.
- To coordinate with agency for accommodation, transportation, movement, quarantine management, PCR test arrangement by searching/booking/tenancy agreement, clearance, etc.
- Assume responsibility for any ad-hoc tasks as directed
- Collaborate with other internal and external resources as appropriate
- Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in payroll
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience in managing expatriates or immigration documents will be added advantage
- Mature, independent and results-oriented
- Possess strong organisation skill and meticulous with numbers
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
