Assists, manage and coordinate visa application and immigration management for engineers.  




  • The role does not have any budgetary accountability

 Global Mobility Coordinator

  • To support in Visa application, coordination with external parties, work with the consultant in terms of immigration documentations.
  • Assists, support and engage with consultant in fulfiling employer's obligation tax in accordance with tax ruling for the engineers.
  • To coordinate with agency for accommodation, transportation, movement, quarantine management, PCR test arrangement by searching/booking/tenancy agreement, clearance, etc.


  • Assume responsibility for any ad-hoc tasks as directed
  • Collaborate with other internal and external resources as appropriate


  • Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in payroll
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Experience in managing expatriates or immigration documents will be added advantage
  • Mature, independent and results-oriented
  • Possess strong organisation skill and meticulous with numbers
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organised and meticulous
