Sales Planning Manager (Duty Free & Export)

Demand planning/forecasting and sales planning. Ensure accurate information is used for demand forecasts and review with Head of Off-trade & Duty Free/Export on historical sales trends, prepare forecast data and evaluate forecast results. Manage budget for visibilities/amenities, trade channel promotion and trade marketing. Drive sales through effective management of Brand/Trade marketing campaigns/promotion.


  • Manage budget for visibilities/amenities, sales promoters, trade channel promotion and trade marketing
  • Contribute to sales and profitability of the Company’s products/brands through robust analytics
  • Drive sales through effective management of Brand and Trade marketing campaigns/promotions/activities for the specified region 
  • Optimize the specified regions trade offer budget based on Company’s allocation to derive maximum returns on investment (ROI)
  • Drive compliance to achieve sales excellence
  • Ensure right resources and capabilities to meet the Company’s objectives and goals


  • 3 - 4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment
  • Proven experience in sales planning, execution and operations
  • Strong understanding of customer mix, trade channels and profit management
  • Strong understanding of the local market environment, requirements, opportunities and challenges
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong command of written and verbal English and fluency in major Chinese dialects
  • Highly analytical
  • Must be mobile and willing to travel extensively
