Sales Planning Manager

The role will be responsible in managing overall sales KPIs, driving sales effectiveness and efficiencies (E&E) and provide sales supports. These include planning, reporting, target setting and monitoring, continuous improvement, sales process optimization, sales program implementation, managing and driving sales promoter effectiveness programs.


  • Manage Sales KPIs - analysing trends, tracking performance
  • Manage Sales budget and trade spend - guidelines, forecasts & monitoring spend
  • Drive Sales Promoter effectiveness programme
  • Lead Sales efficiencies & effectiveness initiatives - improve recyclable returns rate, POSMs, etc
  • Prepare sales forecasts and sales briefing updates


  • At least 7 years experience in Sales Operations preferably in an FMCG environment
  • Degree in Ecomonics, Statistics, Commerce or equivalent
  • Proven proficiency in statistics, forecasting and its methodology with an understanding of respective financial and operational impacts
  • An analytical mind and eye
  • Experience in SAP BW environment will be advantageous
