The Job:

  • Optimising and securing the long term value of the brands
  • Developing and implementing strategic and tactical marketing initiatives which translates into brand profitability and volume
  • Identifying new opportunities for future brand growth

The Details:

  • Prepare the annual brand strategy/plans to ensure the achievement of the overall commercial objectives and strategy
  • Pick-up on and analyse market reactions & results of marketing activities and implement corrective action if targets are not met (including optimal use of marketing budget)
  • End-to-end brand innovation/campaigns from ideation, conceptualistion to launch

The Must-Have Skills:

  • At least 6 years brand management experience, preferably in a fast moving consumer goods environment
  • Multilingual. Ability to converse and write in Chinese is an added advantage
  • Savvy in digital marketing and numbers & figures
  • Juggles deadlines, advertising & promotion agencies and media with ease

The Person:

  • Constantly thinks outside the box
  • An excellent communicator & guru in making presentations come to life
  • Gungho and brimming with energy
  • Has a terrific pulse of the market - latest trends, consumer demands, etc
  • Tracks numbers like a hawk
  • Not allergic to alcohol!
