  • Plan and implement customer and consumer engagement strategies
  • Prepare and present briefs to Advertising, Design, Media, PR, Event and Promoters agencies
  • Coordinate events and sponsorships by working closely with Brand, Channel & Sales force to fully leverage on-ground activities
  • Evaluate performance of each event and sponsorship, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement
  • Build strong rapport and relationship with relevant industry players
  • Responsible for identification, research and evaluation of events, platforms, sponsorships and collaborations that will build equity and mileage for brand building efforts
  • Manage funding and sponsorships request from external parties
  • Ensure compliance to relevant laws, rules and regulations regarding intellectual property rights
  • Responsible in planning and execution of annual Company projects within timely manner


  • Degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-year experience in event management or advertising/event agency
  • Excellent command in verbal and written English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong project and cost management skills
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Words and IT savvy
  • Mature, high integrity and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Able to handle working beyond the normal working hours, including weekends
  • Able to perform duties with minimum supervision
