To handle the administration function for Packaging and QA Section so that the section can operate efficiently and effectively. 


  • Responsible for production of HL report
  • To provide bottle, can & kegs breakages
  • Responsible for daily total production for line
  • Responsible in process Order requisition and postings via SAP System
  • In charge in updating the Time Management System (AL & EH & OT) for Packaging and Quality Assurance Department
  • Responsible in preparing the summary of total SKU in units (DF and DP)
  • In charge of Maintenance of downtime entry for all lines
  • Assist in creating Purchase Requisition / GRN when need arises
  • To ensure all the documents (medical chit / production reports & etc) are in proper system of filing


  • Minimum SPM/STPM or related field from recognized institution or equivalent
  • Proficient in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in administration preferably in a food manufacturing environment
  • Able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
  • Able to complete the task given even under tight timelines and stress 
  • Good communication
  • High integrity & positive work ethics

  • Self motivated and has desire to add value and improve
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
