ASAHI SUPER DRY PRESENTS AN EXPLOSIVE NIGHT WITH MARKUS SCHULZ
Get lost in the rhythm with the top US-based German DJ

KUALA LUMPUR, 25 June 2014 – Asahi Super Dry, the No. 1 Japan Beer has once again broken new frontiers in the music scene as it brings one of the top ranking DJs in the United States, Markus Schulz into the Malaysian shore to play at The Roof, Bandar Utama on 25th June 2014.

In the past 10 years, the German DJ has crafted the individual musical identities of progressive, trance and house into his own unique fusion sound. In 2008, Schulz broke into the #10 of DJ Mag’s Top 100 chart and in the same year, won Best American DJ at the IDMAs. He is regularly ranked in the FTB, Trance Addict and Trance Podium charts as trance’s second biggest spinner. The man also holds the 2012-2013 DJ Times magazine reader-voted title of America’s Best DJ.

Schulz is one of the most in demand international DJs outside of the United States as he plays more than 150 gigs every year at the world’s biggest and most famous clubs, arenas and festivals. With his natural audience interaction, flawless harmonic mixing, intuitive tune selection and now famous opentill-close sets, he has impressed music fans in every major city and got them grooving through the night.

“We’re ecstatic to present Markus Schulz as he’s one of the top DJs our fans adore with his unique fusion sound. Asahi will continue to showcase many more exciting events and we can only promise greater consumer experiences to come,” said Kenny Lim, Premium Brands Marketing Manager of Carlsberg Malaysia.

To set the night further on fire, ice-cold Asahi Super Dry beer was offered to patrons at RM10 net and with every purchase of three buckets of Asahi Super Dry, a limited edition of Asahi Nunettes glasses was given away.

Asahi Super Dry, Japan’s No.1 beer, is one of the fastest growing premium beers in Malaysia since its launch end of 2012. It is brewed with a unique brewing technology called Karakuchi that gives a clean, crisp and refreshing taste.
