Procurement

We’re looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join us as an Apprentice, Procurement. This role gives you real exposure to the end-to-end business operations and the overall procurement lifecycle, where you will be key support pillar in ensuring seamless supply chain activities, from initial sourcing to final payment.

 

It’s a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want a taste of real procurement experience and to build practical, on-the-ground skills while supporting the full source-to-pay process in a professional environment.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Have the opportunities to expose in business operations especially in overall procurement process.
  • Assist in documents administration, contract management and SAP system management.
  • Driving transactional excellence by issuing PO, vendor creation and managing relevant documentation.
  • Involve, prepare and follow-up on sourcing, buying, purchasing, tendering, bidding activities and projects.
  • Actively engage with external (vendors, agency, consultant, etc) and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain operational standards by supporting day-to-day filing and procurement activities while undertaking additional responsibilities to drive team goals.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business/Marketing or any relevant field.

 

IT, Infrastructure

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Apprentice, IT Infrastructure to support daily IT operations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist end-users, and participate in IT infrastructure projects and system setup activities. This role offers hands-on experience and exposure to a dynamic working environment while developing your technical and problem-solving skills. What you'll be doing

  • Assist in daily IT operations and end-user support.
  • Support IT infrastructure projects and audit analysis.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues via helpdesk systems.
  • Install, maintain, and repair IT equipment and devices.
  • Assist in setting up new devices, software, and user accounts.
  • Participate in IT projects and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related qualifications with a minimum CGPA of 3.0, Second Class Upper, or equivalent.

 

Finance Planning & Analysis

We are looking for an Apprentice, Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support the Financial Planning & Analysis team in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis activities. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to provide insights that support business decision-making, improve operational performance, and drive process efficiencies. You will also gain exposure to management reporting, financial planning cycles, and digitalization initiatives within the finance function. What you'll be doing

  • Support end-to-end financial planning and budgeting cycles. 
  • Prepare accurate budgets, estimates, and forecast plans to support business decisions. 
  • Partner with non-finance stakeholders to provide financial insights and value-added support. 
  • Support alignment of financial activities with business and organizational objectives.
  • Assist in operational cost management and identify areas for financial improvement.
  • Prepare management reports, business performance analysis, and variance commentaries. 
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous process improvements. 
  • Prepare scorecards and analytical reports for business reviews and decision-making.
  • Ensure effective internal controls and accuracy of financial records and balances.
  • Support digitalization initiatives and planning system enhancements, including Anaplan.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on finance-related projects and audits.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc finance tasks, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 (Second Class Upper or equivalent).

 

Channel Marketing

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice, Channel Marketing to support the execution of impactful campaigns and channel initiatives across our off-trade business. This role offers hands-on exposure to real business projects, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Support end-to-end execution of off-trade marketing campaigns and channel initiatives
  • Coordinate closely with Sales teams and agency partners to ensure timely campaign deployment
  • Track campaign timelines, outlet execution, and overall performance
  • Consolidate field feedback and support reporting for continuous improvement
  • Identify and map potential Modern On-Trade outlets for distribution opportunities
  • Build and maintain structured outlet databases to support prioritisation and planning
  • Support preparation of outlet recommendations for Sales follow-up
  • Contribute to other channel marketing projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent (min CGPA 3.0)
