Corporate Reporting

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Apprentice, Corporate Reporting to join our Finance team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in corporate reporting, month-end closing, financial reconciliations, audit support, and internal control activities. Working closely with experienced finance professionals, you will assist with financial reporting, annual reporting, Bursa reporting requirements, audit documentation, and process improvement initiatives while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information. This apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and understanding of financial governance in a dynamic business environment. What you’ll be doing

  • Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including Bursa reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of reconciling items.
  • Support annual reporting activities by compiling financial information and preparing supporting schedules.
  • Assist with external and internal audits by preparing audit schedules, documentation, and responding to audit queries.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of internal control documentation, including the Control Framework for Financial Reporting (CFFR).
  • Assist in financial consolidation, account reconciliations, physical counts, stakeholder confirmations, and information requests.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation in line with company policies and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in finance process improvement initiatives and support ad hoc projects and assignments as required.

 

Requirements:

  • ·     A fresh graduate with a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent qualification with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 (Second Class Upper or equivalent).

  • Able to start in September 2026.
