The Board of Directors wish to announce that the Company has on 13 February 2020 received a letter dated 3 February 2020 from the Selangor State Director of Royal Malaysian Customs (“State Customs”) confirming that the bill of demand for sales tax amounting to RM13,763,381.02 and the penalty amounting to RM6,881,690.56 for the period of 1 July 2011 to 14 January 2014 has been cancelled effective 15 January 2020.
