Senior Brand Manager, Carlsberg

We are looking for a strategic, commercially driven, and passionate Senior Brand Manager to lead the Carlsberg brand portfolio — our flagship and most iconic brand.

This role plays a critical part in driving sustainable growth across market share, volume, revenue, and profitability, while strengthening brand equity and long-term leadership in a competitive market.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and execute long-term brand and portfolio strategies to drive sustainable growth
  • Own and deliver business performance across volume, market share, revenue, and profitability
  • Translate consumer, category, and market insights into actionable strategies
  • Drive innovation, premiumisation, and growth initiatives to future-proof the brand
  • Develop and deliver integrated 360° marketing campaigns across key channels and touchpoints
  • Ensure consistent and impactful brand experiences across all consumer interactions
  • Lead commercial strategies covering pricing, portfolio mix, and channel optimisation
  • Drive end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring high-quality delivery and ROI
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver integrated plans
  • Support the Marketing Manager in shaping strategic priorities and portfolio growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in brand/marketing management within FMCG
  • Proven track record in brand strategy, innovation, and commercial delivery
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and P&L
  • Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of consumer and market insights
  • Experience working with advertising and media agencies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Resilient, proactive, and results-driven with a growth mindset
  • Passion for premium brands; knowledge of the local beer industry is an advantage
