Unwind At Pop-up Bar, Cafe De Paris

On 16 May, the media gathered at another pop-up bar, Cafe De Paris to celebrate the Kronenbourg 1664’s Cinq à Sept promotion. Pronounced as “Sank-Ah-Set”, Cinq à Sept literally means from “Five to Seven” in French, in reference to the hours of 5pm to 7pm, where work traditionally ends for the French. After work, they would normally head out to a bar and café with their friends or colleagues to enjoy a few drinks and conversations.

After scurrying from their workplace to escape the busy week, the media were delighted with the opportunity to unwind as they got a taste of the French way of life with a refreshing bottle of Kronenbourg. 

As the evening warmed up, spirits were raised while they played Jenga and feasted their eyes to some cheeky can-can dancing. Scrumptious French food prepared by the talented chefs at Cafe de Paris was paired with free flow of chilled Kronenbourg.

As part of the Cinq à Sept ongoing lucky draw, a member of Mongoose Media won a limited edition of Kronenbourg 1664 mini refrigerator as well as other Kronenbourg gift sets. Another participant from Utusan Sarawak won a luxurious Kronenbourg Tower.

This Pop-up Bar is one of the brand’s initiatives to introduce the French way of life to Malaysians, where one could be just as productive within their official working hours and still be able to enjoy life with friends and loved ones after work. We can all certainly get used to this!
