This role ensures data accuracy and system updates in SAP, MES, and SMARTCORE while overseeing operational and resource management. The individual is expected to have a matured understanding of Excellence foundations and tools, along with basic production knowledge in brewing and filtration.
Responsibilities:
People Management
- Responsible for managing compliance to Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE), food safety and hygiene and standards within the area
- Supporting Brewing and Processing Manager: Provides inputs for performance reviews
- Management of holiday planning/rotas etc
- Management of temporary resources – throughout the year
- Induction of temporary resources
- 3rd party labour contract management
- Training record administration
- Management support – support to performance gap analysis and investigation, SOP development, process confirmation and training
Process Management
- Responsible for ensuring Brewing and Processing KPI reporting related to the area are complied with Calsberg Operational Manual (COM).
- Ensuring the production systems data is accurate and entered in a timely manner
- Data systems trouble-shooting and correction of errors (SAP/MES SMARTCORE)
- MES Super-user/Trainer
- Generation of department performance reports
- Consolidation of KPI data and generation of reports for group
- Administration of the department budget
- Invoice management
- Supporting Carlsberg excellence development in the area of responsibility
- Material Management
- Ordering of Brewing and Processing consumables
- Receipt and management of Brewing and Processing consumables
- Brewing and Processing waste removal/management
- Monthly stock take arrangement and summary generation coordination
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge and experience of applying process improvement methodologies, tools and techniques
- Good knowledge in Ms Excel, Words and Power Point.
- SAP experience
