Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE):

This role will support workplace safety and compliance by assisting in safety inspections, safety audits, chemical management, PPE management and contractor management. 

  • Assist in workplace safety inspection and audit.
  • Assist in managing site chemical management.
  • Assist in site Personal Protective Equipment management.
  • Assist in safety induction, training and contractor management.
  • Support safety improvement programs, projects, event and activities.

Bachelor Degree/Diploma Safety & Health/OSHA or any other similar qualification

Maintenance:

  • Carry out preventative maintenance and routine scheduling servicing in accordance with the COM and manufacturers recommendations.
  • Deal with machine breakdowns and effect repairs to ensure minimum down time.
  • Trouble shoot and fault find any defects on machines and carry out repairs as necessary.
  • Involve in line overhaul scheduling work may be needed from time to time
  • Involve maintenance document updating accordance COM requirement
  • Updating and maintaining accurate information on the company IT maintenance systems.
  • Management of maintenance & repair sub contractors (as and when required)
  • Active to have good 5S housekeeping standard in maintenance department
  • Ensure work is carried out to the highest standard and in the interest of the company.
  • Carry out other reasonable requests made by the line manager to support departmental or company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies including Health & Safety are complied with.
  • Observe and comply with all good working practices.

With Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant field

 

Commercial Controlling:

Supports the commercial finance team by managing On-Trade contract matters, offering hands-on experience in financial compliance and profitability analysis. Provides a strong foundation for understanding business operations and developing into a trusted finance business partner.

Business profitability analysis and simulations 

  • Assist in reviewing profitability of On-Trade contracts and Functions offer with company management team
  • Understand, perform and provide business perspectives to management team using financial data as supporting, for strategic business decision

On-Trade Contract Management

  • Take ownership of preparing On-Trade contracts following customer acceptance of Business Proposals. Ensure all required documentation from business entities is complete and compliant with the company’s control framework, supporting smooth and secure business operations 
  • Act as a finance business partner to the commercial team on contract-related queries and issues, with problem-solving mindset
  • Perform administrative tasks such as issuing timely and accurate rebate vouchers to customer, maintain digital database of customer contracts, and other tasks that may be assigned

Project & Process Improvement

  • Assist in any process enhancement initiatives related to contract management.

Degree in in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, any other similar qualification
