Responsible to drive & communicate change management activities primary for an ERP transformation and any other digital transformation program in Malaysia and Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, developing, and executing effective change management & communication strategy and plan for the ERP Transformation Program, ensuring alignment with the overall program objectives and milestones.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess the impact of the transformation in the organization and its employees, and to identify and mitigate potential risks and barriers to change.

  • Focus on the delivery of change communication execution and driving change and adoption across the organisation. 

  • Seek new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness for ERP transformation program, such as key events/activities/newsletter/success stories/etc.

  • Coordinate with external parties to support, co-write, design and development of content, communication, videos or engagement requirements that enhance the story telling of the ERP transformation.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for change management activities, provide guidance and support to project teams, functional leaders, and other stakeholders on effective communication practices. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal / external parties, ensuring alignment with the program's change management objectives and deliverables.

  • Regularly monitor and report on change management progress, identifying areas of success as well as areas requiring additional attention or support, and adjusting the plan accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in in Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in across Change Management for IT transformation program (experience in ERP transformation project is an added advantage)
  • Experience in large-scale complex digital transformations, (experience in manufacturing environment is an added advantage)
  • In-depth knowledge of Change Management Model, including change strategies, plans and activities
  • Experience in person and working with external agency to develop and execute change communication strategies across various delivery channels
  • Experience in project management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with graphic design tool and multimedia production, such as Photoshop, Canva or video creation tools.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing change initiatives, including the development and execution of change management strategies, plans, and activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
  • Strong project management & organization skills.
  • Experience working in a multinational corporation.
  • Professional, passionate, innovative, self-motivated. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
