We’re looking for a proactive and energetic individual to support an exciting sales tracking application! This role involves driving application implementation and usage, user training, and application improvement. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and driving results, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and expansion of a digital sales platform.
- Train and assist customers, distributors, and the sales team in using the system effectively.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address issues and improve user experience.
- Identify challenges and provide solutions to increase adoption and engagement.
- Work with the sales team to drive growth and optimize system usage.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in FMCG.
- SPM/Diploma in any field.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; basic website management knowledge is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be open to traveling.
Extensive travelling is required for this role
