Functions Executive

This role will be responsible to manage and secure functions in Johor and Melaka region. 

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve function sales targets for region.
  • Manage functions and events, liaise closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Train & supervise third party promoters deployed at various functions and events.
  • Collate statistics for reporting purposes. 

Requirements:

  • SPM or equivalent with credit in English. A recognized University Degree and/or with line management experience and training would be an added advantage.
  • At least 2 to 3 years working experience preferably in sales, events coordination or in the F&B/hospitality industry 
  • Pleasant, outgoing, and sociable personality.
  • Strong administrative skills and computer literacy (Microsoft Office applications).
  • Possess a valid car driving license.
