We are looking for a driven and strategic individual to join us as Key Account Manager/Executive, Duty Free & Export. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, and market share across duty free and export channels by building strong partnerships and delivering impactful execution in market.
What you’ll be doing
- Drive sales volume, revenue, and profitability across duty free & export channels
- Translate sales and marketing strategies into actionable plans for assigned markets
- Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and partners
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Lead planning and execution of promotions, activations, and brand visibility initiatives
- Ensure effective distribution, product availability, and route-to-market optimisation
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI to maximise business performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
- 5–6 years of experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG
- Strong track record in sales performance and account management
- Excellent financial, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Strong command of English; additional Chinese dialects are an advantage
- Willingness to travel extensively
