World’s iconic brand, Budweiser realizes the dreams of eight Malaysian football players at the 15th Bud Cup 6v6 Wembley, London from 10-13 May. The Malaysian representatives flew alongside LHFB GM Kenneth Soh and national legendary footballer, Datuk Soh Chin Ann to the prestigious Wembley Stadium, one of the famous football stadium and the second largest stadium in Europe.

The final 8 players were selected by Datuk Soh via a futsal tournament held by Budweiser on 16th March at Sports Planet Subang Grand. They were rewarded with a trip to London to represent Malaysia in the 2013 Budweiser Cup finals while enjoying the comforts of being professional footballers which include first-class hotel accommodations and tickets to the 2013 FA Cup Finals. They were Saysupalan A/L Vallu, Chow Kai Choong, Choong Tuck Wai, Thenesh Kumar A/L Rajagopal, Siva Sankara Nair A/L Ramesh Kumar, Ananthan A/L K Kanabasabapathy, Roen Cian Nagapan and Lim Hong Guan.

To share the brand’s passion in football, a Facebook based contest took place throughout March. Two lucky consumers who purchased Budweiser, also joined the team to witness the highly anticipated FA Cup Finals on 11 May.
