Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Carlsberg wishes to announce that the wholly-owned subsidiary of Carlsberg, Carlsberg Singapore Pte. Ltd., had in the ordinary course of business entered into the RRPT and the collective consideration of such RRPT is 1.4% of Percentage Ratio for the period from July 2021 to September 2021.
