Maintenance:
- Carry out preventative maintenance and routine scheduling servicing in accordance with the COM and manufacturers recommendations.
- Deal with machine breakdowns and effect repairs to ensure minimum down time.
- Trouble shoot and fault find any defects on machines and carry out repairs as necessary.
- Involve in line overhaul scheduling work may be needed from time to time
- Involve maintenance document updating accordance COM requirement
- Updating and maintaining accurate information on the company IT maintenance systems.
- Management of maintenance & repair sub contractors (as and when required)
- Active to have good 5S housekeeping standard in maintenance department
- Ensure work is carried out to the highest standard and in the interest of the company.
- Carry out other reasonable requests made by the line manager to support departmental or company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies including Health & Safety are complied with.
- Observe and comply with all good working practices.
- With Bachelor Degree in any relevant field
Utilities:
- Understand / Assist utility plant operation/function
- Involved in energy optimization projects such as natural gas & biogas usage optimization, electricity consumption
- optimization and water losses optimization in water treatment plant.
- Involved in Utilities Carlsberg Excellence activities / projects
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or any other similar qualification
Finance (Accounts Payable):
- Responsible for the entire accounts payable function, this includes process and verify all accounts payable related transactions and ensure with relevant supporting document.
- Perform reconciliation and monitor General Ledger on a monthly basis.
- Ensure all AP transaction compliance to Control Framework Over Financial Reporting & International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Responsible for all inter-company transactions are recorded timely, accurately and have been confirmed with the counter parties.
- Ensure monthly accruals are completed timely, accurately and in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure payments in accordance to agreed payment term and negotiate with vendor for any exceptional cases.
- Attend to queries from vendors / customers /stakeholders/staff claim, resolve disputes and discrepancies.
- Responsible to develop and maintain Accounts Payable policy to standardise the operating procedure and aligned with company policy.
- Review and enhance existing AP processes by fully utilize existing system and resources for better control and efficiency.
- Identify the current accounts payable issue and drive efficiencies and improvements by collaborate with internal and external stakeholder.
- To participate in accounts payable projects such as contract improvement projects and other related initiatives.
- To perform month end closing activities and generate reports and assist in updating necessary info into the master database.
- To identify process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the operations.
- Responsible for yearly audit with external auditors, including but not limited to:
- To assist in executing auditors’ audit plan, by providing supporting documents
- Responsible to answer auditors’ queries
- To participate into project management related activities.
- Degree in in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, any other similar qualification
