Managing the distribution of finished goods by effectively schedule the route planning and shipment. Perform Delivery Plan and Booking Truck. Ensure all data keyed in, processed and updated correctly. Posting Daily Stock receiving from Production and generate invoices and Delivery notes accordingly.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and issue finished goods as per company policy.
- Plan and execution of daily distribution plan.
- Preparation of shipping documents accurately on a timely basis.
- Ensure that all the outstanding sales orders are fulfilled on time in full.
- Posting of SAP transactions and documents accurately.
- Duty payment planning and preparation of documents.
- Customs documents preparation.
- Preparation of KPI and other relevant reports.
- Coordination for amenities deliveries with stakeholders.
- Any other duties that are to be given from time to time.
Requirements:
- With a Diploma/Bachelor degree in Business/Economics or equivalent.
- Preferably with 1-2 years relevant working experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.
- Good planning skill.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and dependable.
- Positive attitude and with sense of responsibility.
- Proactive and innovative.
- Strong sense of team cooperation.
- Basic computer skills (Ms Word and Ms Excel)
