ERP Functional Lead

Have a deep understanding of Dynamics F&O functionality, business processes, and best practices.  Responsible for system functional aspects of the project and ensuring successful implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • To involve in large scale ERP transformation projects.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of organizational & operational models, identify for improvement opportunities to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external consultants for requirements gathering, As-Is business processes analysis, business needs analysis and identify key business challenges in relation to Finance/Accounting/Procurement/Supply Chain area.
  • Analyze and design solutions for business requirements which may include complex configurations and/or technical components.
  • Able to define To-Be state for related processes, procedures, organizations, capabilities, solution application requirement and performance measurements.
  • Work with other members of the team and the Regional Solution Architect to ensure that the solution meet business’s requirements.
  • Perform system implementation activities in relation to Finance/Accounting/Procurement/Supply Chain area, which may include design blueprint documentation, system configuration, test scenario & script development, UAT support, user training, etc., for Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of system changes, align with user needs and requirements, and synchronize deployment timeline.
  • Act as a liaison between internal users and external, and facilitate any kinds of interactions e.g. workshops, testing sessions, trainings, issue resolution, etc.
  • Other activities as directed by Management or as required by operational needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 to 5 years’ experience in ERP implementation / business analysis / consultant or related role. 
  • Solid experience in Dynamics 365 F&O implementation / consultation is a must
  • Degree holder in Information Technology or Computer Science / Business related desired. 
  • MS Dynamics related certification is highly preferred. 
  • Understanding of functional landscape and evolving business processes, preferably in beverage manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully deliver Dynamics F&O implementation project as a subject matter expert with a focus on processes transformation. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to manage scope and expectations with end users. 
  • Good consultation, communication and documentation skills, and good team player
  • Self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Willing to learn and able to work independently.
  • Project management skills to manage timelines, resources, and project deliverables effectively is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
