Key contributor to the E-Invoicing project, providing vital support and assistance to the Project Team. The position involves collaboration with diverse, cross-functional teams and the management of various administrative tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Schedule meetings, work closely with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication within organization or with business partners
  • Documentation: Organizing and maintaining project documentation, such as meeting minutes, action registration, UAT documentation 
  • To assist on the Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable master data update for E-invoicing purpose
  • To assist to identify the potential improvement area for upcoming ERP System project
  • To engage respective stakeholder on the potential process change in E-invoicing process.
  • To provide the status update/ progression to all stakeholders on the E-invoicing
  • To generate the useful E-invoicing user guide for internal & external stakeholder

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Finance & Accounting or related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or related roles.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Project management experience
  • Understanding of software development processes.
  • Lean Six sigma experience
