Key contributor to the E-Invoicing project, providing vital support and assistance to the Project Team. The position involves collaboration with diverse, cross-functional teams and the management of various administrative tasks
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Schedule meetings, work closely with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communication: Facilitate communication within organization or with business partners
- Documentation: Organizing and maintaining project documentation, such as meeting minutes, action registration, UAT documentationÂ
- To assist on the Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable master data update for E-invoicing purpose
- To assist to identify the potential improvement area for upcoming ERP System project
- To engage respective stakeholder on the potential process change in E-invoicing process.
- To provide the status update/ progression to all stakeholders on the E-invoicing
- To generate the useful E-invoicing user guide for internal & external stakeholder
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Finance & Accounting or related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or related roles.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Project management experience
- Understanding of software development processes.
- Lean Six sigma experience
