Sales Manager, Planning (Southern Region)

Responsible for sales planning and managing of budget for visibilities/amenities, trade channel promotion and trade marketing. Drive sales through effective management of Brand/Channel marketing campaigns/promotion. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage budget for visibilities/amenities, trade channel promotion and trade marketing.
  • Contribute to sales and profitability of the Company’s products/brands through robust analytics.
  • Drive sales through effective management of Brand and Channel Marketing campaigns/promotions/activities for the specified region.
  • Optimize the specified regions trade offer budget based on Company’s allocation to derive maximum returns on investment (ROI).
  • Drive compliance to achieve sales excellence.
  • Ensure right resources and capabilities to meet the Company’s objectives and goals. 

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business or equivalent
  • At least 3 - 4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment
  • Proven experience in sales planning, execution and operations
  • Strong understanding of customer mix, trade channels and profit management
  • Strong understanding of the local market environment, requirements, opportunities and challenges
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong command of written and verbal English
  • Highly analytical
  • Must be mobile and willing to travel extensively
