Responsible for the brewing process at the brewhouse including material intake, material transfer, brewing panel/control room operations, wort cooling operation including SCADA. Enforced to drive Excellence in their working zone.
Responsibilities:
- Yeast pitching operation during wort cooling.
- Ordering of additives, raw material for Brewing.
- Co-ordinate spent grain discharge to contractor
- Ensure housekeeping is carried out in the brewhouse.
- Ensure safety guidelines and policies are adhered to when operating the plant.
- Comply to the COM guidelines and contribute consistently in
- Excellence journey using CarlEx tools.
- Drive area KPI to drive department KPI in line with CBN.
- Ensure COM compliance and able to conduct self audit based on COM.
- Able to assist in minor maintenance activity will be added advantage
SAP posting by brew on-time.
- Silo stock management (continuous communication with Material Planning).
- Manage contract employee in daily cleaning task under supervision (Safety & Quality).
- Covering for Executives, B&P in yeast line or tank CIP and fermentation processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Food Technology/Bio Technology/Bio Chemistry.
- 3 years working experience is a food manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to lead and motivate his team to achieve the KPIs set.
- Responsible and able to work independently.
- Able to organise and plan effectively.
- Basic science knowledge and certification in IGB is an advantage.
